1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and kktb ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at kktb.io and all associated services, games, features, promotions, and customer support channels (collectively, "the Platform").

By completing the kktb account registration process, by accessing any part of the Platform, or by placing any real-money wager through kktb, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the kktb Platform and must not create or maintain a kktb account.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary policy, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary policy explicitly states otherwise.

2Eligibility Requirements

kktb reserves the right to conduct age and identity verification checks at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of the relevant account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution of the verification process.

3Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on kktb, you must complete the account registration process via the kktb Login page. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.

4Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your kktb Login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTP) associated with your account. kktb strongly recommends the use of a unique, complex password and advises against using the same credentials across multiple online platforms.

All activity conducted through your kktb account — including all deposits, wagers, withdrawals, and communications — is your sole responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised the activity. 5Deposits & Payment Methods

6Withdrawals & Payout Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the relevant account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed within 15 to 60 minutes during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

Before any withdrawal is processed, kktb may require completion of the KYC verification process, including submission of a government-issued identity document and proof of the payment method to be used. This is a standard AML and fraud prevention measure and is not applied as a punitive restriction.

kktb reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal in the following circumstances:

• The account has not completed the required KYC verification process.
• Active bonus wagering requirements have not been satisfied.
• A compliance review, fraud investigation, or dispute is pending in relation to the account.
• The withdrawal request is inconsistent with the player's historical gaming activity in a manner that raises AML concerns.
• The account has been flagged for potential breach of these Terms.

Winnings resulting from a technical error, software malfunction, or manifest error in odds or game results shall not be paid and kktb reserves the right to void the relevant wagers and correct the account balance accordingly. kktb will notify the affected player and provide an explanation where this provision is applied.

7Bonuses & Promotions

kktb offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. The specific terms applicable to each bonus — including the bonus amount, minimum deposit requirement, eligible games, wagering requirement multiplier, maximum bet per round while bonus is active, and expiry date — are set out in the individual promotion terms published at the time of the offer. These Terms set out the general framework that applies to all kktb bonuses unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.

General bonus conditions applicable to all kktb promotions:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonus funds are non-withdrawable. Only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds — after all wagering requirements have been satisfied — may be withdrawn.
• Maximum bet restrictions apply while bonus funds are active. Placing bets in excess of the stated maximum while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Bonuses that have not been used within the specified validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• kktb reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus at any time, including in cases where the bonus has already been credited to an account, if fraudulent activity or abuse is detected.

8Gaming Rules & Fair Play

9Prohibited Conduct

10Responsible Gaming

15Governing Law & Disputes

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal complaints process, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitrator. kktb's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, account status, and Platform operation shall be final and binding, subject only to a finding of manifest error or bad faith on the part of kktb.
